Nolu's Restaurants strategy to expand from two locations to many started with Nolu's Raw at Andalus Resort in Abu Dhabi.   The interior scheme developed with a simple palet and natural materials in response to their core values that are built on serving fresh, honest ingredients with a home-made touch.
